                                                                     POLICY TERMS AND AGREEMENT

 

We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add to, supplement or delete any of the terms and conditions of our policy, rules or terms of use at any time, Notice is not required at any time to be given if changes are made. If any changes now or later are not agreed upon, you will no longer be in compliance with our policy, rules or terms of use, which will abort any further service or business with Walla cleaning techs. Your continued use of Walla Cleaning Techs is stating that you consent to our policy, rules and terms of use and you the client comply.

 

 

  What's the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is very simple. We ask to have at least a 24 hour notice; this gives our other clients an opportunity to fill the available booking slot.  At this time there is no extra fee to cancel if needed.

Walla Cleaning Techs are subject to cancel a booking once a maximum of 3 attempts on the prior booking date has been reached and no response is confirmed. The next step you would then take is to contact us via phone, text or emails, letting us know if you would like to re-schedule. IF the booking slot is still available and there is still enough travel time before our next scheduled booking, then the slot may still be granted back to you. 

 

How do I recur?

Simple just communicate via email, text or phone letting us know how often you want to recur,(biweekly,monthly, ect.) and how many hours (min. 2 hours per booking).  We would then send you a reminder a day ahead keeping you alert for your next booking date. No card is needed on file, and you can cancel at anytime with notice. (See cancelling section)

 

PAYMENT

All payments are due before your cleaning techs began your scheduled booking, no exceptions. We take cash, debit/credit, only. Checks will be taken from recurring clients after 2 completed bookings only. Checks can be made out to Walla Cleaning Techs. If client is not on the premises to make their payment,  then the client can leave cash, pay online on our website or use our payment link that can be sent via email or text to provide payment. Client no show

We know life gets busy, but don’t worry we will contact you. If we haven’t reached you after 30-45 mins, just contact us and reschedule your booking.

 

 Request a refund

     We never want to leave our customers unsatisfied (period). Walla cleaning techs wants to deliver the best possible service to our customers. We aim to do our best each and every time we provide service. Because we work hard to please our customers and this job is physical labor, there are no refunds. However your Walla Cleaning techs will gladly return to the site and complete the task within 24 hrs after the original booking. In rare cases we may issue partial refunds but are not subject to. Until further notice Walla Cleaning Techs have a NO REFUND policy.  We will have you check our work 30 minutes before we leave your booking to ensure that the cleaning is to your liking. We will view it together and this will give you an opportunity to look over the work we’ve done in your clean home. Always lets us know about your priority areas before we begin the booking.

How do I make a booking?

  1. Call, text, or email to inquire a booking

  2. Go to our website to book online by inputting your priority areas and booking info

  3. Make payment and confirm your preferred way of communication

  4. Confirm your booking reminder which will come a day ahead

  5. Enjoy your cleaning

 

 

The following services are not currently offered:Exterior window cleaning, Deep stain removal, Infestation, Mold removal, Insect removal.

For basic clean we do not move any furniture or area rugs. These must be moved or removed before arrival.

 

                           WHAT IS A BASIC CLEANING?

 

Bedroom, Living Room & Common Areas

  • Dust all accessible surfaces

  • Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures

  • Clean all floor surfaces

  • Take out garbage and recycling

 

Bathrooms

  • Wash and sanitize the toilet, shower, tub, and sink

  • Clean all accessible surfaces

  • Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures

  • Clean all floor surfaces

  • Take out garbage and recycling

 

Kitchen

  • Clean all accessible surfaces

  • Clean out sink and load dish washer

  • Wipe down exterior of appliances

  • Clean all floor surfaces

  • Take out garbage and recycling

 

Extras (upon request)

For a deeper clean, consider adding one or more cleaning extras. Most cleaning extras add one half hour of time and cost to your booking.

  • Inside cabinets

  • Inside fridge

  • Inside oven

  • Laundry wash & dry

  • Interior windows

  • Excess garbage anything over 2 full garbage bags

  • Washing walls and ceiling

 

 

How is a cleaning service priced?

We charge by the hour at the rate of $45/hr
